As junior developer you will be part of the Development team.

What you will do & learn

  • Learn the ins and outs of making short and long term decisions in development projects;
  • Actively supporting the responsible project developer in tasks like:
  • Setting up schedules;
  • Organize permit applications;
  • Setting up feasibility studies and monitoring the budget of a project;
  • Thinking along in strategic project decisions;
  • Supporting contract negotiations with third parties;
  • Selection of architects and other advisors in the design team;
  • Become responsible for sub-projects like:
  • Monitoring sustainable measures in the design- and building;
  • Research on innovative and sustainable building solutions;
  • Request and assess drawings and quotes from third parties;
  • Take notes and prepare minutes;
  • and so on…

You in a nutshell

  • Are an eager beaver. You love to learn by assisting the leading developer in all aspects of development;
  • Are hands-on and understand that there is no ‘I’ in ‘team’;
  • Are structured, analytical and creative;
  • Are interested in the latest developments in the field of sustainability and technical installations;
  • Like to think outside the box and bring new ideas to the table;
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills and attention to detail;
  • You master the Dutch language;
  • Finished a technical university study in the field of Architecture, Engineering or Real Estate and can’t wait to start using your acquired knowledge!
